Assistant Network Analyst. Is this position any good? "ASSISTANT"

I wonder if someone can recommend this position. Responsability: creating documentation, pulling cables, patching, maintain equipment, support users connection.

Is in Japan Tokyo. The word "assistant" of a Japanese network security manager sounds like a slave subordinate...... Can someone tell me if this type of position even exist in US or Europe or is a Japanese sketchy role for free slave? Cheers.

I come from help side support and Network support,.. I want to became a Network engineer or Telecom network engineer focus on the cloud and NFv (core)
