I'm in charge of setting up a network for a small business and I have a few questions.

Hey. Hoping that I'm in the right place for this. I have some IT experience from college and I’m generally ok with computers. I think I know most of what I need to but definitely not all.

I’m tasked with setup up a small network for a machine shop. Just a few computers/networked CNC milling machines and a printer.

This is a demarcation point, correct?

This looks like a phone setup. I’m assuming with a Unnify Pro I can toss that out and use Voip from Ubiquity? Could we keep our same 2 phone numbers?

Anyone know what this is?

Does this network setup make sense?

If the demarcation point has multiple ethernet ports will they be labeled?

We won't need a backup as all our files are on OneDrive.

Is there any reason to have like a "main" server? I won't need to block any sites, limit privileges, etc.
