I work for a company that sells VoIP based services. We've had a bunch of reported audio quality issues report recently and I've been fixing of getting some full time packet captures setup on the edge of out network. Permanently running, capturing and rotating the last 24 hours.
Others at my company have stated thus might be illegal.
