How you keep up to date with new Technology, Software, Hardware or ERP?

So, so far I found about Docker, Esxi, Azure, Netapp, XenServer and much more other IT products from google or reading some other articles which mentioned some of those above products.

but my question is how you guys keep yourself up to date with Technology and IT products which will be used in future in the enterprise world and right now they are not that popular.

Can you please mention some blogs or forum which I can join to keep myself updated from an IT perspective.

Please also mention any new technology or Enterprise product that you know which would be beneficial to learn about and for future use int enterprise world.
