Hi you all.
As the title says I am looking for suggestions for an open source WiFi user manager.
Here some background. I got a job in this company and one of the networks I have to support is a small VIP room in a food court, as they only manage the VIP room the rest of the food court had its separate WiFi network with their own user management system as result of that employees of the food court get the password from the VIP room for their personal use, you can only imagine what that does to our network, the solution they had implemented was to change the password every 10 days but with the employees from the food court having full access to the VIP room it would only take one or two days for the new one to be spread around so the VIP room only has one or two days of good internet speed.
So this is what I would like to implement with this new software:
1-As users only spend 2-3 hours in the VIP room as a maximum, provide a way for them to have full access to the internet during that time.
2-Be able to use the current UniFi access point we currently have.
3-Still have full accesss to the internet for the devices we use for work, like POS, TVs, Etc.
I have never manage a software like that so I don't know which one to pick. I would really appreciate any suggestion.
Thanks
