Route to nat private address?

Hello,

I currently have an internal asa to isolate a segment of our network, I need to be able to reach the devices there but I am not sure how to route to the Natted IP. Network is like this

*inside->**NAT->ASA->outside int 192.168.66.10 -> vlan 66 switch -> 192.168.66.1 ASAtoISP networks to connect to .66 192.168.24.0/24

192.168.173.5 - *inside192.168.66.12 - **NAT address

I need the networks behind ASAtoISP ie 192.168.24.0/24 to be able to talk to the NAT ip 192.168.173.5. A device on the .66 vlan (192.168.66.50) can get to 192.168.66.12 but anything on the .24 cannot.

Any help is appreciated!
