Looking for advice on setting up a Wifi network for a 45000 sq ft Warehouse

Hello /r/networking!

My company (3rd party logistics) is preparing to move into a new warehouse over the summer. We are currently in a small facility (20000~ sq ft) with a Netgear Orbi Mesh that does a passable job - it was installed before I started, so I've just been working around it. However, with the new building I get to provide input about how to and with what to build the Wireless network.

Our new building is going to be 45000 square feet and while we don't necessarily need an overly robust system, I want to make sure we have consistent connectivity throughout the facility. Seamless roaming is preferred. I'm also considering a "warehouse" wifi and an "office" wifi. For the office environment we want the best speed/throughput and for the warehouse we want consistency and minimal dead-zones.

A bit about the warehouse environment - it is going to divided by multiple 26ft~ metal racks along the length of the building (in columns from a top down.) The racks will have pallets of product (some TVs, small appliances, electronics, et cetera) but I believe the racks themselves are likely to be the biggest source of interference.

I've not built a wireless network of this scale before and wanted to get some direction/incite as I'm researching my proposal! At the moment I'm eyeing a handful of semi-affordable 802.11ax APs in the high traffic areas with a handful of extenders for the back sides of the warehouse, but even my limited knowledge of wireless networking tells me that's a mediocre plan. Any advice/direction would be much appreciated!
