How many routers and switches will be needed for workplace environment containing 120 desktop computers, 6 servers, 5 multifunction printers, and 110 VoIP phones on a VLAN (hypothetically)?

For switches, I'm considering 10 T2600G-28TS switches from TP-Link and for routers, I thought 10 Cisco Meraki MX64 routers. Is this enough? Will I need anything else?
