I work at an MSP and one of our clients purchased a VOIP recorder to record their voip calls. The recorder company needs a mirrored port for all SIP traffic to pass through so they can record. The issue is that they have an unmanaged switch stack and multiple untagged VLANS.
I'm trying to configure a Cisco SG200-8 that I can place between their firewall and stack to mirror the traffic but it keeps setting a default VLAN or wants to accept only tagged traffic depending on the setting I put it on.
Any advice on what I can do?
I'd like to rebuild the network correctly, but that isn't currently an option.
