WLAN Router with wireless uplink

Is there a Router than can distribute a wireless Network while using another wireless Network as its uplink?

I need a device that creates its own wireless network while being connected to the internet via another wireless network. My first prototype uses two devices for this, one WLAN Router to create the network and another WLAN Router in Client mode to connect the first Router to the internet.

Is there a device that can do both of those functions?
