Call Manager upgrade aftermath - results

a week ago or so I submitted a post regarding phone firmware versions during a CUCM upgrade. Phones upgrading firmware was actually the least concern. We did the upgrade this weekend. Started 10 pm Friday night and I left the office 11:30 am the next day. We went from version 9 to version 12. The call manager and unity piece we're actually relatively smooth. It was the UCCX that we had some issues with. But thankfully it's over! and thanks for all of the suggestions regarding firmware from my last post.
