I was investigating slow internet and decided to try unplugging my modem. When I did so, I still had access to the internet. My PC does not even have a wireless card, so it's definitely not that.
My only guess is that there is a device connected to the network that is being tethered or something similar, which would also explain the slow internet. Does anyone have an idea of what could do this? An iPhone, maybe?
