BGP to Windows Server and how to get WS to source all traffic from Loopback interface

I've beat my head on this all day, and could use some help.

We're looking to do BGP to each server, with it having a loopback IP to use. I am using an unannounced /23 for the servers to do BGP over. Once the session is up, I get the loopback to the router, and the Server gets the default route from BGP.

However, I've changed every metric option inside of WS, and its still sourcing traffic from the /23 network as that's where the 0.0.0.0/0 route from BGP is "attached". What am I missing?
