Cisco WLC zoom QoS and AVC Profile

Hey,

I am looking into our QoS settings on cisco (5520s runninng 8.5 code train) and had some questions regarding how it should be properly set up. We have a main SSID that services everything from medical devices to corporate devices. It's a dual band SSID and almost everything is on there except for our vocera badges and Epic/Rover phones for medical staff (which reside on a separate, 5ghz only SSID)

Right now the global QoS setting on this main SSID is Platinum with the AUTOQOS AVC Profile and Fastlane enabled. We are trying to track down issues with Zoom (not sure if I'm chasing ghosts or not) but some of the talk here on wireless QoS got me looking into how we're doing this.

Question #1: Should we be setting the QoS to platinum? Does that make it that everything on that SSID is getting voice tagging which basically makes it useless? Would setting the QoS to silver be a better bet along with creating specific AVC profiles for applications we want to actually prioritize?

Question #2: Is there a specific AVC profile that I can create to prioritize zoom specifically?

Question #3: Is there a specific AVC profile that I can craft specifically for epic / Rover connectivity?

Would love input on this especially if you have healthcare experience and have worked with Rover etc...

Thanks.
