Network Engineer or Sysadmin?

Hi everyone,

I currently work as a NOC technician and absolutely love the role. My dream job has been a sysadmin, but after getting more networking experience I could also absolutely see myself being a network engineer instead of sysadmin. Can anybody please list some pros and cons that they know of each role? Obviously either role is pretty far down the road, but I'd like to see if there's a specific one I should push for, or just see what happens.
