Hi all,
I am starting new position at a small company as network admin. I am from Cisco world but my new company uses HP Procure 2530 switch PoE+. I also learned that we inherited from previous company when we moved into this building. I believe HP provide free life-time standard support, and firmware upgrade, correct me if I'm wrong. How do I inherit that from HP if our company is not original owner? If not, do we still get free stand support by providing them serial number and free firmware upgrade from HP? Thank you in advance.
