Anyone have Velocloud troubleshooting experience?

Does anyone have any experience troubleshooting VeloClouds? I’m struggling here.

Our Velo is managed by our ISP, who upgraded our edge to version 3.4.5. Since the upgrade about two weeks ago, one of our IPSec tunnels has been dropping traffic for one remote network periodically. I’d say we see about 15% packet loss at any given time. Before the upgrade, the tunnel was perfectly stable for a year or so, and there hasn’t been any recent config changes.

If the ISP can’t figure it out, then I probably can’t, but I’d like to try everything I can. To me, it seems like you’re generally SOL when it comes to diagnosing issues like this. Is that true?
