Anyone have suggestions for inexpensive cable testers with downloadable/exportable reports?

Hello /r/networking! I'm looking for an inexpensive (>$750) copper cable tester that has TDR functionality and the ability to export results into a report of some sort. I'd keep my nose to the wind for a Fluke on eBay, but I need to have something in hand by the end of the month. Anyone have any suggestions?
