We have a SAAS provider with whom we ( we= a few that we know of of their customers ) are trying to resolve performance issues that came about in January. It's a browser based UI where end users are seeing screens freezing with the SAAS provider's waiting icon spinning and delays in responses to queries coming back. It appears to be fully random, though some areas of the interface seem to be more prone to others.
While this is going on, end users have no issues navigating and using other provider internet websites and running live new google or other search provider searches [rule out buffering/cache accounting for difference].
Today I am perplexed as to how it's the issue of the multiple ISPs and not the datacenter. Please explain how ESP works to me ? The term IPSec reply errors was also mentioned.
"...it appears the issue is with the ISP's to the destination IP of the router at the data center ... Destination IP - 192.110.xx.xx Is going to be the destination for all of these ... Explain to them that IP Protocol 50 (ESP) traffic is being intermittently lost en route to the destination and that is causing loss of connection to business critical hosted resources"
