We moved our business and got new WAN - this has broken RD Gateway for remote users

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to fix our RD Gateway for external users. Internally we can go to the site just fine, but externally, it cannot connect. I swear I just need to update the WAN somewhere but I am at my wits end. Any advice?
