Hi !
I need to create a segregation in the network of a small office. There are multiples compagnies/users sharing the office, but they don't have vlan or multiples SSID... yet. I noticed they have some Unifi LR AP, unused. So I think that buying a Unifi Dream Machine (pro or not) should do the trick, in replacement of their "home" router-wifi they actually have. This way I can create multiples vlan, with dedicated SSID, for each compagnie that request it, and I can use the in-wall wiring to get an ethernet port in each room to be on the vlan, so they can plug a basic switch there for as many computers as they want.
Does this sound ok ? I work in IT but I'm not in networking, I'm a sysadmin. I'll be renting an office too in that place so I'd rather be on my own network alone, and they seems to trust me to do the job.
