Sorry if this isn't allowed here, but anyone familiar with the networking jobs in H.I.? Big names like AT&T , T-mobile hire their own engineers or mostly outsourcing? What is the main equipment brand they deploy? Also it seems the largest institution which runs the optical transmission backbone is a military contractor called Leidos, and demands some level of clearance and US citizenship for people to work in there? So I'm a technical PM in Nokia for 8 years of design and field experience in optical transmission, where would you suggest to look at for a job in Hawaii? My family is like immigrant in H.I. but knows nothing about telecom works, I just love Hawaii and wish to move there too, and of course I'd need a H-1B visa for this to happen, thanks a lot.
