I have been having issues with my modem and router for the past month or so. I changed from a Netgear CM1000 to an Arris Surfboard 8200 after 2 technicians came out and corrected my signal. Since I figured it was my modem causing the issue.
Here is my results when I ping google. These results are when my modem is directly plugged into my PC. Any help is appreciated.
