Anyone have either of these certifications, or are working towards one of them? What work do you do currently? Did your employer put you through the courses/exams or did you pay for them yourself? Do you find them to be beneficial over any of the other vendor specific certifications currently out there?
I have noticed a few job openings in my company recently where either of these have been "desirables" but I can't actually find any course content for them to try to get up to speed. The only info I've been able to dig up is from what appears to be the vendor's website: https://www.ott.co.uk/courses/certified-optical-network-associate-cona.html and one or two videos on YouTube.
If anyone has any links, course material, views on the certifications or feedback on whether it has helped you with your current job or progress into a new role please share what you have!
