Networking structure and setup suggestion

Hi, I'd like some suggestions on the structure of the following network setup: https://imgur.com/a/IwXQ21o

That is, suggestions on what kind of switches (L2 or L3?, brands?) and VLAN-setup mainly. This is a sub-Gbit system.

There is a seperate fiber connection between every colored box, which is to transmitt internet for end users/clients and the automation system, process data from the automation system to the clients and ip-camera to the clients.

The automation system has two connections to the network, one for the process data which are to be used in the process HMI, and a second one on the automation remote mgmt gateway for remote support over internet.

The camera system and the automation system hast nothing to do with each other, so those should be on different VLANs.

Can this system be as simple as putting the automation system on one VLAN, camera on another one, internet on a third one.

What I'm also curious about is the clients which are to access data from both the automation system and the camera system, and also possibly internet. Could this cause issues with network segregation?
