Cisco ISR4331 router 'configure as LAN or WAN' interface setting

I've got an ISR4331/K9 router, and it has 3 interfaces, one of which is my 'outside' interface. Upon the original config, I set it up as a LAN because I did it command line and not using the WebUI. I have now set up the WebUI, and I can see under configuration>ethernet they are all set as LAN and not WAN.

I need to run speed tests and understand that I must pick WAN interface do it. If I change the interface to from LAN to WAN what impact will that have on my current config? What is the Primary/Secondary WAN setting do?

I have BGP in place with HSRP tracking BGP.

Any help would be grateful, thank you.
