Purchased faulty Dell switch (8132), any way to repair it (memory fails tests and won't boot)

I can't post the images or links, but

  1. When in console I can see :
    DDR SPD ERROR: Node 0 Channel 0 write leveling failed
  2. When I've allowed to proceed, I see
    Now running in RAM - U-Boot (N64, ABI, Big-Endian) at: fffffff8c100000

When load xloader and run mem tests:

FAILURE: 0xXXXX != 0xXXXXX at physical addresss 0xXXXXX and 0xXXXXX

or with other tests that value doesn't match expected.

I've tried to swap the ram (I've used the DDR3L 16000 2GB vs DDR3 10600 2GB, but I guess that if it works, then it works and won't generate same failure errors).

Once it booted to OS, but then it hanged after few minutes while I was going through the menu.

It seems like bad motherboard rather than bad memory, however maybe someone else had this issue, or have an idea what I could try with xloader....

Of course I've notified eBay about this guy and opened a return for this, but of course I would prefer to fix it as I need it :)
