Scripting additonal switchport trunk allowed VLAN

Hello everyone,

I am completely new to scripting for networking but would like to ask if there is a sensible way to do the following on cisco 2960x switches:

1) Find all ports with Meraki Access Points connected - manually i would issue 'sh cdp ne | inc MR'

2) add an additional VLAN to the trunk allowed list.

I have Solarwinds Orion with NCM available which i am learning but am not against getting into a bit of Python scripting. As the task itself is fairly simple, I thought it might be a good first delve into scripting for network purposes.
