Is it possible to have an auto-balancing load-balancing router?

I live kind of in the country and have two ISP networks:

  1. A Satellite link that can range anywhere from 0-80 Mbps depending on the weather but usually sits around 60Mbps.

  2. A dedicated 10Mbps business hard line that I swap back to if the weather knocks out the satellite.

I'd like my router to adapt between the two and send my connections over the most optimal route. I've been trying to research but the routers I've found appear to be hard set, like you just say 30% traffic goes to this line, 70% to that line, and it wont adapt on the fly.

Is there any option to have this kind of automated connection?
