Need advice regarding TAC job

Hello folks. So about 6 months ago, I got a TAC job. I will keep the company names anonymous as many of you will recognise it. Anyway, me being inexperienced, was excited to learn and work. The company that hired me has a Firewall and security related client. We were trained for one month on 4 products and were thrown into the project. This being TAC, 2 months into going live, we were asked to take 10 cases a day plus 3 hours of inbound calls. Now I have no problem in doing because this is a very good learning opportunity. Except there was no L2 support for us. No one is there to answer questions. They seldom reply and when they do it usually few lines telling what to do. You'll might be thinking I'm whining but keep in mind almost all of my colleagues are complaining the same. Few of them actually quit the job. I don't mind the work load if we were given few more months of mentorship or few more month of training. The L2s in the project told us they were trained of each product for 4 months.

Anyway now I got an another opportunity in some what bigger company than the one I am working in right now but the role is NOC. Pay is slightly higher and work pressure is almost nothing compared to what I'm facing now. I am considering taking it. Need advice.
