We have a 2 switch stack and on the master I can see the switch online via it's fiber port but all ethernet ports on the switch are dark. I'm not seeing any errors on the switch but none of the ports are working. Does this seem like a hardware issue? Any idea on what might cause this to happen? I'm fairly new to managing stacked switches so bear with me.
