WFH sale agents setup

Hello everyone,

I'm curious to hear what everyones current set up is for having users working from home on the phones and if they have experienced any issues?

In my office we are using a vpn for agents to access their softphone (Bria 5), web based SIP provider and telephone network. We've been having issues since working from home as these weren't designed to work over a vpn connection. Our office was never set up for agents who need to be on the phones to be able to work from home so I'm looking into other solutions.

Did any engineers have to do some re-configuring to their network to allow remote calling? Interested in hearing your thoughts
