What's a good project management tool that you use at your company if any?

We are looking into getting a project management tool to keep employees on task and focused on what is important. Too many times we get distracted on one project and completely ignore something else which can affect productivity. I was wondering if any of you use a project management tool that is specifically good with auditing, network engineering, warehouse management, etc.

Currently, I am testing out monday . com and it seems ok and all but also doesnt look to have a wiki at all. Is Confluence a good tool? Are there any that is open source that allows some customization?

PS. We have already tried using excel but the problem is that nobody checks it for it to be very useful. We even made a script to literally email us reminders to do things and they end up getting muddied within all the other emails and inevitably ignored.
