Hey guys,
With the age of coronavirus interviews we are seeing more and more video conference styled versions rather than meeting face to face. Has anyone had one of these types of interviews where you are the only person on camera? How did you handle this, or was it even an issue? I find myself struggling with this a bit. I really find it lazy and unprofessional to not show the same courtesy that you are asking a potential candidate to do. In my opinion it really opens the door to many other questions about team/company culture, management, etc. Maybe I'm in the wrong here, but I wanted to get some of your thoughts about it.
