Got an interesting one. Multiple work IP Cameras stuck on static IP. Any way to change this with no reset button?

this is an odd one. about 2 nights ago we had some type of outage at work. there were 6 Lorex IP cams hooked up to a NVR. The cams stopped working so I took them down to investigate. There is no reset button anywhere on the cam. No matter what Router/switch I hook them up to, they are getting the same static IP address for each one. The cameras are supposed to be DHCP so obviously something is messed up. They do register and POE works on them so the entire camera is not fried. I can see the MAC address on the network.

Can anyone think of a way I can "reset" these back to DHCP? I have tried disconnecting every internal ribbon and 3-4 pin connector already.

Thanks
