Opensource Network Switch manager projects

Hi All, are any of you aware of any projects similar to this https://essensys.tech/product/switch-manager/

Effectively its a graphical switch manager probably written in python (cherrypy)

Its got a very simple click and assign switch ports to vlans for business centre managers. Seems to work with Extreme and HP Procurve switches (also allows for bandwidth setting etc)

All of the goolging I have done points to various openflow sdn projects which is aimed at network engineers and not normal end users
