Bandwidth Management Solution for Provider

Hi Reddit, I have tasked to search for a solution like centralize BW management. The case is, im working in one of Service Provide, there are some of my customer cannot using our pop distribution instead using other provider leased line to connect to our uplink. we want to create some service to optimize BW management which can route to something like office 365 or similiar to it but we dont want to install any addition appliance in customer but we want to install it behind our core in DC then route it to each customer something like that Currently, my search are stop at zscaller and pfsense (only this one i already check with vendor) My question, is it possible to do centralize bw control like this? i want to hear reddit thought and any other suggestion to share it will be appreciated
