-I used in the past and still for now to lab using GNS3 and some dynamips however some evolving technologies now requires high CPU/Ram , i wanted to engage in an SDWAN Course and for labbing the workbook i needed a minimum 12CORE CPU , i am new to this , i would like to get a server which would last for 5 years for labbing etc , any suggestion of models and specs? also on this servers will i have to install windows server or VM as baremetal or normal windows and use a hypervisor like VMware etc? i heard that i will need to install a ESXI which is a server platform provided by VMWare instead of VMware which will running on normal Windows PC , will then i connect my normal windows PC to this server , i don't get the idea of how pieces will work together , how i am going to attach EVE-NG for example with the new ESXI? there would be my PC at the middle between the Networking Emluator and the physical server i guess.
-Is there any Desktop that would bear a 64 GB/128 GB of rams and a strong CPU to load 25-30 Node of CSRV1000 Image which i heard it requires a minimum of 3GB of Ram per router ??
