SFP+ Offband Transceiver Recommendation

Hi All,

I'm looking at going off brand for some SFP+ 10GBASE-T transceivers. $43 for QSFPTEK devices vs $325 for the Netgear ones is just a huge price difference. I'm going to be setting up 7 Netgear m4300 switches spine and leaf, collapsed core, so leveraging those 2 SFP+ ports on the access switches would be nice.

Does anyone have experience with that brand specifically and Netgear specifically, that brand with any switch, or offbrand SFP+ in general?

We are a 510c3 non profit, so costs, especially now, are always a large factor. The price difference means I could keep 5 on the shelf for the cost of 1 branded transceiver.
