Scripting to add SSH and remove telnet, as well as update some ACL's. Will Netmiko work for this?

Pretty much the title. Since I only got my hands dirty with Netmiko, i'm not too verse with anything other tools at the moment. Any suggestions on whether Netmiko can do the job or not and if the latter, other suggested tools? Thanks.
