Looking for a way I can share my office network (Internet Connection) to employees at home.

Hello Friends, at this stage of lockdown everyone at their homes internet traffic to its peek everyones internet speed is not even close to satisfactory and besides with being no one is office internet connection here is used by no one. Can you please share a way I can share my office internet connection to all my employees to access from their home. I am using a Mikrotik Router with RouterOS v6.44.3.

Help will be really appriciable.
