Voice VLAN ID must have be have the Lowest ID

Hello Guys,

I received the recommendation that the Voice VLAN ID must be the lowest for example the 2.

This will insure once the spanning tree topology changes and the port becomes forwarding it will populate VLAN ID 2 first. This will assure that the voice calls don't drop, hence we must put the critical VLANs always with the lowest ID.

Is this well known and followed in designs because usually we just put the VLANs ID randomly?
