Hi, y'all,
I am currently setting up my home office, and I have a couple of questions about the setup of my phone system.
I would like to use my normal pots landline connection simultaneously with a VoIP connection. Currently, I have a Gigaset DECT base station. The plan is to buy a VOIP subscription, a Yealink T41S and a DD10K DECT dongle. Is it possible to use the DECT dongle with a Gigaset base station, provided the base station supports the CAT-iq 2.0 standards? And if that will work, can I add a VOIP account at the same time? My goal is to receive personal calls via DECT and business calls via VOIP on the same phone.
I am kind of new to all this, so I hope someone can clarify this.
