SRX with Nokia Speed Mismatch

Hello Guys,

I have an SRX1500 with 1G SFP and on the other side, there is a Nokia device with 100mbps speed SFP.

Does anybody know if the SRX can auto-negotiate the speed and make it 100mbps so the uplink will work? Can we manually make the speed 100mbps on a fiber SFP or this option is available on copper only?
