Management Interface on CISCO SG500XG-8F8T 16-Port 10-Gigabit stopped answering

Hello,

I have a CISCO SG500XG-8F8T 16-Port 10-Gigabit. Recently I am not able to ping the management interface anymore. But the switch is working normally. Unfortunately I can not manage it.

I think I read somewhere here that there is a similar problem on SG300XG where someone mentioned something related to "no password expiry".

Did someone see this before?

ps: I can post the switch config if needed.
