I have just started an entry-level role in Cyber Security and my employers have set me some networking training to get on with. I am studying for my COMPtia Network+ cert and I'm about half way through the material but my only resource is online videos provided by my employer. I am looking into buying myself the textbook for the certification as I'm finding that it would be useful to have some other resources. I was looking for some advice on whether this is a good idea. I am a very keen reader anyway so, if anyone has any recommendations of books/resources that cover networking topics at a similar level to the COMPtia N+ cert, I'm all ears.
I will also be looking to get COMPtia Security+ certified as well very soon so the same queries apply with that certification as well.
