Mark Windows Traffic with DSCP

Hi there. What's the easiest way to mark packets from my Windows laptop to a certain DSCP value. I just want to do testing to see if my policies would work. Let's say I want to mark all file transfer with AF33 value? Or maybe EF? Not sure if making the marking through a router can hurt the CPU especially if the traffic is high. I am implementing QoS on a 6880 switch.

I'm planning to hook two PCs/laptops directly to the core switch to make sure it won't affect any other traffic.
