We have a Nexus 5672UP in our environment and are having an issue where we are seeing UDP frame errors, even after multiple cable swaps and other troubleshooting techniques. Since we are using an FPGA card to process that data, we are unable to run a TCPDump on the box. I found this document from Cisco for the 3Ks that states any corrupted data is filtered before being sent on the wire out of the monitor port. Does anyone else know if this is the case for 5Ks as well? I can't find any documentation on this and the only other thing I can think of is putting a passive tap in place between the switch and the server.
