How to get into access point's web interface that got a different IP

Hello everyone,

I have a just reset Xirrus access point that I set up connecting it to the internal network in my office.

Now I installed it on the network where it has to work (in a school).

The problem is that I set it up using an IP address that worked in my office but that is different from the IP address assigned by the Cisco switches at school.

How can I reach the access point interface now? How can I get to know what IP address it was assigned?

Accessing the web interface gives me the possibility to reconfigure it using the same configuration as the other access points.
