Is there a way to tell if a company accessed/copied files from a laptop via a two-way VPN network?

Hi, i work in a competitive workplace. I’ve used my laptop a few times to connect to their VPN to do work from home. If my company is concerned about my productivity, I’m wondering if they looked through any of my files.

Is there a way to check from my laptop if they have copied anything/ looked at anything from my laptop via a two-way VPN?
